These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of QueueBond software, services, audits, and websites provided by QueueBond Technologies ("QueueBond", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating a workspace, uploading project evidence, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Scope & Purpose

QueueBond is an operating record and decision-control layer designed to track the economic and operational consequences of grid access. It provides tools for ingesting public grid data, linking private customer evidence, evaluating deterministic rules, and maintaining immutable project state histories.

Important Operational Notice: QueueBond assists project developers, asset owners, lenders, and advisers in analyzing interconnection requirements and exposure. QueueBond does not replace official RTO/ISO filings, formal engineering stamps, or licensed legal counsel. Authoritative state updates and capital decisions remain the responsibility of authorized human reviewers.

No Consumer Payment Transactions: This website serves solely as an informational, demonstration, and enterprise evaluation platform. No consumer credit card charges, retail transactions, or digital payments are accepted or processed through this website.

2. Customer Accounts & Workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and for all activities conducted under your workspace. You must ensure that users invited to your workspace are authorized representatives of your organization or collaborating entities.

3. Intellectual Property & Customer Data

Your Data: You retain full ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in all customer documents, engineering packages, and project data uploaded to QueueBond. You grant QueueBond a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and display your data to authorized users in your workspace.

QueueBond Platform: All intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, rule evaluation engines, design systems, interfaces, and documentation are and remain the exclusive property of QueueBond Technologies.

4. Appropriate Use & Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying deterministic schemas from the platform;
• Attempt to bypass security boundaries, role permissions, or multi-tenant isolation mechanisms;
• Use the platform to store or transmit malicious software, unlawful content, or information you do not have authorization to disclose;
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without prior written agreement.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in an enterprise service agreement, the platform and all generated reports are provided "as is" and "as available." While QueueBond employs rigorous deterministic validation and refuses false certainty, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, absolute completeness of third-party public filings, or external transmission operator schedule adherence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueBond shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, financing delays, or penalties arising from grid operator actions, tariff revisions, or project disputes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an active subscription or workspace in accordance with the applicable commercial agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and you may export your project records and evidence packages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
