By accessing QueueBond or using our decision-control tools and audits, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property
QueueBond, the Grid-Access Capital Passport, deterministic consequence engines, and associated materials are the proprietary property of QueueBond Technologies.
3. No Investment Advice
QueueBond provides deterministic operational and financial consequence modeling based on available RTO queue filings and customer inputs. It does not constitute formal legal or financial underwriting advice.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
